Hi All

Can anyone give me advice on this please

Only thing i can find is Powerplus is a Belguim company offering 3 years warrenty, but are they any good.

At that price it is a use and chuck away. biscuit jointers do not get that much of a hammering and the only vulnerability looks like the rather flimsy looking adjustn=nt screws.

At that price it is not a risk :thumbright:

They used to have biscuit jointers at Aldi for £19.99 at one point. Might be worth checking Aldi, Lidl, netto etc. first

I have always used my router for doing biscuits.

royal oak. as per the thread the other day about skirting that we talked about mitres in

for that price if you had a slack 30 quid kickin about and a job with big skirtings to fit it might even be worth a shot just to see if its any easier for you.

obviously having to set the biscuit jointer to 45 degrees though which you couldnt do with a router.
