The .CUE file contains the track layout information, the .BIN file holds the actual data.

What DVD burning software do you have?

If you just want to watch it on the computer or send it to the TV (if you have the connections), try this Virtual Clone Drive it mounts Cue/Bin files without wasting a DVD disc.

And it’s FREE

Deamon tools will be able to load the bin file as a virtual disk, then you can copy what's inside to a folder and watch your movie.

The cue file just gives info on the bin file, if you need any help just send me a private message
