PLEASE can anyone help, thanks, Andy

It looks like there are a few problems with Belle quality of late- http://www.ultimatehandyman.co.uk/forum ... t2542.html

When the drum does not turn, but it hums does it only do this when it is full?

thanks for reply ultimate handyman, no sometimes the mixer has just water in it, i am thinking about getting a different mixer or maybe a petrol one if this one keeps playing up.
I Like the new stand because you dont keep catching the lead in the old stand design, but that seems the only plus, why did they change to the new design , or is that because the old ones lasted too long and were too good?

At a guess I'd say they changed the design either because the older ones were lasting too long or perhaps they are now making them in China.

My belle is a little cracker, but it is at least 10 years old.
