I have one of the above boliers. The problem I have is that it has power, the pilot light is on but it wont fire up. I can hear the fan. I have just sold the house and this is the last thing I need. Can anyone help.

but if you've just sold the house..new owners problem???

I Know it says I'm On-line, but I might have just left myself logged in, whilst I'm out....

You really need a gas engineer in to check it out. Could be gas valve has gone, or a couple of other things. Needs someone in front of it to test it logically.
