Hi guys,
this site has a great wiring diagram for a bathroom extractor fan which seems
pretty straight forward, i am a right in thinking that A B & C are junction boxes?

sorry if this seems a bit of stupid question.

advice welcome

best regards
Lumpy

Do you mean on this page-

wiring an extractor fan

If the answer is yes then no, a, b and c are not junction boxes, they are the terminals in the ceiling rose.

here is an example-

Don't forget that installing a fan is notifiable.

Also I don't know what UHM's experience is of that long run of ducting running through (in winter) a very cold loft, and carrying warm very steamy air, but I'd be gobsmacked if he wasn't getting condensation forming in it.
