As I've said, Nationwide have always been fine with me. And the Co-op always get good reviews for customer service - they're buying up all the Lloyds/HBoS branches that are being got rid of due to duplication, so you should see a few more Co-ops around.

I must be lucky> I bank with Barclays and they never ask me any of these annoying questions :dunno:
