Bit of an update, and I may add some photos later if I can find the time, but I gave up on the fixed handle superior saws and bought a medium Ergo handle after I tried it a second time, along with a set of blades. Gave up on the fixed handle versions purely due to cost. I was quoted £30 each for the ones only available to order.

The blades I bought were:

    EX-22-XT7-C (coarse)
    EX-20-XT11-C (precision cut)
    EX-14-VEN-C (plywood, veneer, laminate)
    EX-16-GNP-C (general purpose/toolbox)

I'm pretty happy with all of them, though I haven't had the use of a brand new saw for quite a long time so the value my opinion may be limited.

Hello
I would be interested to know who you spoke to at SNA Europe, I am the MD for the UK and would like to advise that 2600-16-XT11-HP is available from the assortment, you are welcome to PM me off line

I don't have the emails to hand now, I will have to find the backups on my ISP's webmail server. I initially used the 'local contacts' email address to submit my initial query, the one found here: http://www.bahco.com/contacts.html?search[country]=united_kingdom&submit=Search However, regardless of any breakdown of communication you have between regional departments I can only commend the person who replied to my original query. I had an answer to my first query within 5 minutes, and follow up questions were answered almost as fast.
