This was a "proper" plumber not a Diyer. He didnt offer the client the choice of moving the socket. She wondered why the rads upstairs took ages to heat up Rolling Eyes Four bedrooms and all were done like this Shocked

Surely that took longer to do the pipework and cut out the skirting than it would have to raise the plug socket to the recommended height Rolling Eyes

What he did was to draw the pipes on the wall, remove the skirting, cut out the template from his wall drawing, cut the skirting, run the pipework then painted the skirting (and floor!) Client thought it was good as he put a lot of effort into it Bang Head
