I can not believe this was done. If this person had done this in the US he would of been in big trouble. _________________ YourWeb.Info Online Shopping Mall |

if he went above the socket, it'd cause a highspot & could airlock!
The route shouldn't cause the upstairs rads to be slow at heating up!
I'm surprised he didnt run the pipes on the skirting the whole way! _________________ www.hintonheating.com

He's shite at pipe bending a good plumber would have done it without the elbows and taken it over the top of the socket not destroying the skirting _________________ SILVER---------HOG |

Just seen a gas pipe run through a socket , not around it, through it. I'll upload a picture once I figure out how.

that breaks the rules!
there is a minium distance from a socket (elecrtical fitting) to a gas pipe...
without checking it, i think its 50mm _________________ www.hintonheating.com

Hello Hinton,
You said earlier mate that the way he has done this shouldn't cause the rads to heat up slowly upstairs, bearing in mind he has done 4 bedrooms upstairs like this would that still be the case. If it isn't the reason they are slow to heat what do you reckon it is I hate to think what is hidden that we can't see, that is probably where the problem lies glad I'm just a painter. Mind you he prob was as well |
