I can not believe this was done. If this person had done this in the US he would of been in big trouble.

if he went above the socket, it'd cause a highspot & could airlock!

The route shouldn't cause the upstairs rads to be slow at heating up!

I'm surprised he didnt run the pipes on the skirting the whole way! Laughing

He's shite at pipe bending a good plumber would have done it without the elbows and taken it over the top of the socket not destroying the skirting Laughing Laughing Laughing

Just seen a gas pipe run through a socket Shocked , not around it, through it. I'll upload a picture once I figure out how.

that breaks the rules!

there is a minium distance from a socket (elecrtical fitting) to a gas pipe...

without checking it, i think its 50mm

Hello Hinton,

You said earlier mate that the way he has done this shouldn't cause the rads to heat up slowly upstairs, bearing in mind he has done 4 bedrooms upstairs like this would that still be the case. If it isn't the reason they are slow to heat what do you reckon it is scratch I hate to think what is hidden that we can't see, that is probably where the problem lies Sad glad I'm just a painter. Mind you he prob was as well Laughing Wink
