mine is currently only still working thanks to electrical tape......

Just got the ryobi twin deal, there was loads this morning, came back early evening and they had nearly all gone.

Impressed with it as didn't have a driver, comes with carry bag too.

Tempted to get the bosch 180 with the 15% off voucher, just can't justify a reason at the moment.

I only have owned 18v ryobi stuff, but value for money it's excellent stuff (I know I sound like a stuck record).

The 180 is a piece of kit that will justify it's price AFTER you buy it, if not before.

the 180 is the type of tool that you have in your kit for when your stuck and then you will wish you had one!

I don't think its a tool you should use if another one does the job. e.g. someone said they used it to reduce a door height for a hard wood floor. Would have thought its a lot better to remove the door and plane the e3nd or take a slioce of with the circ saw

Brilliant for removing a section or skirting / architrave, tile, or cutting a pipe thats stuck close to a joist

good buy at £50

the 180 is a good buy for someone with 15% off (£42.50)

I'm the same, nothing there i need or don't have now.

Might get a toolbox, some seem cheaper. i think these are the same (Stanley 26")

Screwfix £32

B&Q £17

(with the 15% discount

I went in today and they had sold out of the insulation on thier website :(

I picked up my 180 yesterday, comes iwth two blades, one circular and one straight blade, and a pack of sanding sheets. Alll toghether these would cost about £30 if bought on their own, so the tool is pretty cheap.

Keep an eye out on ebay, you can pick up cheap blades from time to time. Pity it doesn't come with a grit blade, handy one

I never used the sanding pad. Don't think I'd fancy holding it for 30 minutes while I sandied something. :-) Anybody try it?
