SWA glands don't have instructions since they assume they will be installed by some one who knows how to do so.

I would install earth fly lead as when someone removes both screws there is no earth protection to metal box not a requirement but good practice, the swa glands require earth protection on both ends of armour steel wires.

these glands came with a washer with a hole in them but NO screw or nut and bolt to connect earth tail to
went into an electric wholesalers today they don't sell anything to attach to the earthing ring what came the the glands ?

Any hardware shop will sell nut and bolt, I crimp a eyelet onto earth lead and then use a nut or bolt or you could use these
