Hi All,

Newbie to the forum after lurking for many weeks!

I'm going to be moving in to a run down house in the next few weeks which requires a complete overhaul so apologies in advance for millions of daft questions! Should be fun though!

Am based in the North West with a fair bit of DIY experience.
