@ bobbis, shame you don''t lie aubergine, two of my best recipes are aubergine ones!

being veggie is good cos it encourages you to eat more variety and take more care over what you eat ... tho I don't reckon starting the day without food it good, you kick start you metabolism with a bite to eat in the morning, but if you have a protein shake then I guess that's the same!

Suze, of course your right, :-) I know I should eat breakfast, but I cant face it, plus if I eat even a slice of toast in the morning, it opens up my appetite, and I am eating all day, as I am continiously hungry then.
So by not eating a breakfast (wrong I know) I dont get hungry till about 1 ish, and sometimes I go all day and not eat.
Like today at work, I had no breakfast, didnt even have my protein drink, as ran out of milk, well it was a toss-up between my 2 mugs of tea in the morning or my drink, and the tea won lol, I took the usual banana in, and didnt eat that till about 1.30, I wasnt even hungry, but made myself eat it. :roll:
