I don't know how many of 'you' have heard of 'Hirens Boot CD' (in its varaious guises) but it is basically a collection of FREEWARE programs gathered together under one 'roof' (so to speak) which can resolve many problems you or your PC are suffering from.

check out the various programs that are shown and what they can do. If you are fairly confident with your PC I recommend downloading the CDROM iso and burning it. It's got me out of trouble a couple of times and offers many useful utilities for PC management.

Above all, the programs are all FREE!
