I've been hammering an AEG drill for at least 30 years, and it still rattles away like a good en. :thumbright:

Don't know about the new rubbish though

Didn't AEG cordless tools have a lifetime supply of batteries? Or at least the 12V they had on offer?

yep excluding "consumables" and i think you will find like drill bits saw blades router blades' batteries are classified as consumables

"Rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers and any accessories supplied are not included in the extension of the warranty. Statutory rights are not affected."

a little bit missrleading if you dont carry on reading
"This quality assurance is backed up by the Swabian brand worldwide with an extended warranty: From 1.1. 2008, AEG will give a 3-year warranty for all registered electric tools. Rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers and any accessories supplied are not included in the extension of the warranty. Statutory rights are not affected."
