Hi,

I need some advice on getting the right concrete mixture for repairing my front drive.

There's two small patches of the front drive that stick out like a sore thumb. I think someone just mixed sand & cement (mostly cement!) so the patches look a silvery grey or off white colour and have a smooth surface.

The rest of the drive however looks like what's in the attached photos ie slightly light brown/cream in colour with tiny (different colour) stones to make the surface rough to the touch.

Can someone please advise on the concrete mix so it matches the rest of the drive when it hardens?

Many thanks

...forgot to say (though it's probably obvious!) it's the two patches that stick out that I'd like to redo so they match the rest of the driveway :)

Is that imprinted concrete, or some sort of paviour?

It's very difficult anyway to match a concrete colour, everything makes a difference - the type and colour of sand in the mix, the amount of cement, and you won't know what the actual result of a certain mix is until it's dry.
