Often see houses clad in stone, probably done around the late 80's. Wondered if anybody has ever fitted any, how much it use to cost and what places used to stock it?

Have seen a few around, normally one in the middle of a terrace, more of a money statement than anything that looks that good.

Obviously something that came and went as you don't see it so much now, or if so its more tasteful as not so full in your face.

The sites mentioned look far better, some even look quite realistic, will have to look at some of the older ones more closely. But Jack & Vera sounds about right.

£35 per sm now, i would have imagined it would have been much dearer or do you think cheaper as it was more widely available?
