The North West Beauty awards final are being held at the De Vere Hotel, Herons Reach Blackpool, Sunday 1st February 2009. The tickets cost £20 per person and can be purchased at Miss England
The public will be acting as one judge, so we need all our members to get behind Alissa and vote, vote, vote! Forget the X Factor this is bigger and better. If Alissa gets the most votes from the text and phone poll she will receive direct entry to the Miss England semi final as the most popular girl in the North West. Alissa works with Handy Angie and can often be found browsing the UHM site as a guest. As a special thank you to all the members Alissa has agreed to model next seasons clothing from the UHM range, whilst her car sports the latest UHM stickers. So lets get the girl through and put UHM on the Miss World map!

As part of her campaign Alissa is raising funds for her two chosen charities - beating eating disorders (BEAT) and the National Autistic Society. Many local events are being planned for over the next two weeks to raise money for the charities. The girl who raises the most money will automatically go through to the semi final of the Miss England competition. So not only are we voting Alissa in we are raising money for two great causes at the same time.
