This idiot was producing a TV show and wanted to do a Bungee jump from the top of this building as a publicity stunt. When he was told that The police had been called and were on their way, he hurriedly attached  the cord to the cleat on the building but, and this is the important  bit...... he forgot to attach it to himself!!!!
